I’m a Director of UX/UI Design with a Masters Degree in Interactive Telecommunications and Experience Design from NYU.  I have 15+ years of experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across multiple industries (advertising agencies, NYC startups, and Fortune 500 companies), designing innovative user-centered web & mobile experiences.

  • ‣ Director of UX/UI Ecommerce & Omnichannel designing and enhancing all ecommerce platform for 25+ brands across in 50+ countries (include MAC, Clinique, Origins, Aveda, La Mer, Jo Malone, and others.)

    ‣ Manages a diverse team of UX, UI designers and researchers across USA, UK, Argentina, and Romania, rolling out hundreds of projects per year, while crafting the best user-centered experiences for customers worldwide.

    ‣ Leads the team providing guidance to members, giving feedback on wires, reviewing research, brainstorming on projects, and working with higher management and project owners on product strategy based on learnings.

    ‣ Created the foundation and structure of the UX/UI department, onboarding materials, UX/UI templates, documentation guidance, and leads stand up meetings, while coaching and mentoring the team.

    ‣ Participates on the hiring process, helping to scale the team from 2 to 30+ members.

    ‣ Led the Sketch to Figma migration of all the Global Ecommerce Platform and structured the new ELC Global Design Systems.

  • ‣ Designed the UX/UI and final high-fidelity wires for the $1 million-plus Loyalty Project for Clinique, Origins, Smashbox, Estée Lauder, La Mer, Aveda, Bobbi Brown, and Estée Lauder.

    ‣ Created the Global White Label UX/UI Designs used to standardize and guide all ELC ecommerce initiatives in worldwide.

    ‣ Created user flows, high-fidelity wireframes, and desktop, mobile, and tablet interactive prototypes for e-commerce websites and Omnichannel initiatives of all Estée Lauder Companies in North America, Asia, and Europe.

    ‣ Projects include revamp of Checkout, Buy Online Pick Up In-Store, Online Appointment Booking, Cart & Promotions, and Account.

  • ‣ Led the user experience design process, by brainstorming innovative product features, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing visual wireframes, based user behavior and data analytics.
